Jira and ServiceNow
We use both Jira and ServiceNow in our office.
They both serve different needs for us.
We use Jira to track all our Dev projects.
We use ServiceNow to track all request issues and bugs.
It used be that our Project Managers would have to manually copy over bug reports that were sent to ServiceNow into Jira.
This took time and errors in transcribing could happen.
Due to this a built a simple integrations in ServiceNow to send the ticket into Jira.
